Adoptive and Guardian Assistance Program for Everyone (AGAPE) will provide everything you need to create a meaningful Lifebook for you and your family. Our staff, along with local, adult adoptee Sarah Gotowka, will be ready with supplies, guidance and support to help you tell your family’s story. Together we will create your Lifebook that you and your family can read over and over again.

This program is FREE to all adoptive, kinship, and guardianship families in Broome, Chemung, Schuyler and Tompkins counties.
