Workshop will take a look at how children who come from hard places have a very difficult time with day to day activities and relationships. Information on how the brain changes due to trauma often results in children misinterpreting their environment and lacking skills. Therapeutic parenting strategies will be presented to help parents learn new ways  to decrease problem behaviors.

This program is for adults only. There is no cost to attend the meeting.

Workshop sponsored by the Adoptive Families of the Capital Region.
