Join the Adoption Initiative for a day of dialogue and engagement in the topics of race, ethnicity, culture, identity, microaggressions, and development. This day-long workshop will stimulate reflection and insight. We encourage professionals, practitioners, adoptees, adoptive parents, birth/first parents, and anyone interested in adoption in this complex and ever-changing society to attend.
