In this workshop, Katie Naftzger will discuss how to help your adopted teen feel empowered and optimistic about the future and strengthen your relationships along the way. Katie will take you through the four essential tasks – “unrescuing,” setting adoption-sensitive limits, having connecting conversations, and envisioning the future. She will also include mental health and answer that burning question, “Is this adoption or teen hood?”
