The Coalition’s Annual Foster Care and Adoption Conference presents a unique opportunity for your organization to showcase its products and services with hundreds of New York foster care and adoption families, professionals, and advocates who attend our conference every year.

Purchase A Conference Exhibit Table

Exhibitor Table Fees are $60 for Member Organizations  and $100 for Nonmember Organizations.  Organizations can become members though the Membership page or when registering as a conference attendee.

The Exhibit reservation fee provides you with one 8′ draped table. Up to two additional exhibit tables are available for $30 apiece.

Please note: Conference activities are NOT included in Exhibit table fee. All exhibitor staff planning on attending the conference along with manning exhibit tables are eligible for a 10% Discount on Registration.  After registering for an exhibit table, you will be given coupon codes to use at checkout for your Exhibitor Discount. Please register at the Registration page after for any Exhibitor staff desiring full conference access. To access the Conference Program Advertiser discount, please refer to the Program Ad page for selections and instructions.

Space is limited! If you wish to reserve exhibit space, we MUST receive your exhibit reservation form and payment for exhibitor fees NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, 4/24!

Online:  Submit the exhibit space reservation form below to select exhibit options. After submitting your information, you will be brought to a page where you can make a payment.

 


All organizations are welcome to contribute materials to our “Take one FREE” resource tables. Simply bring your literature to the conference registration desk on Friday, 5/12, or send it to the Albany Marriott Hotel, 189 Wolf Road, Albany, NY 12205 to arrive on Monday 5/8 or Tuesday, 5/9. Mark all boxes and packages, “AFFCNY 2017 CONFERENCE RESOURCE MATERIALS” and include your name and organization on the outside of the box.
