Hillside Children’s Center

Services Provided: Information and referral on all aspects of adoption and foster care and support to concerned individuals and organizations. Will assist families interested in a waiting child to obtain training and home studies. Services include annual conference, international / domestic homestudies, birthmother support network, search support for birth families, monthly homestudy and information classes, and pre & post adoption parent support groups. Youth support groups also available.

Schuyler County Department of Social Services

Services Provided: Very small county only holds MAPP class held once a year. Will assist families with completing training in neighboring counties. Callers are sent basic information packet and invited to attend one one orientation meetings. Homestudy after training completed. Very few children available for adoption, will assist families with individual searches.
