In order that we can focus on the time meeting together and not waste time on the ordering, please pre-order your dinner selections from the choices below by Friday May 24th.

Please have each attendee order separately so that food orders do not get mixed up.

You must indicate your selection in the quantity fields. Use a zero to remove items form your order.

Pricing and options are shown below the food choices with a total price shown at the bottom. Attendees will be purchasing directly from the hotel at the time of the dinner. You may then either charge the dinner to your room or pay the night of the dinner directly.

Please note: After clicking the submission button at the bottom of the form, you will be taken to a new page that clearly says “thank you“. If you do not land on the new page, then the form has NOT gone through. Please scroll back up on the form and complete the areas in red and resubmit. Along with the thank you confirmation page, you will receive a confirmation email to the address provided.
