If you’re not sure where to start, consider joining the Adoptive Families of the Capital Region (AFCR) for the 23rd Annual Adoption Fair.

AFCR will present a seminar entitled ‘Adoption: Where do I start?’ (10:30am – 11:15am). An exhibit-style Adoption Fair, where attendees will have the opportunity to visit with adoption service providers including adoption and foster care agencies, attorneys, and social workers that assist in the adoption process will follow (11:15am-12:45pm). Adoptive families and foster and adoptive family support groups will be on hand to answer questions.

A program containing information to help prepare for the adoption journey and a list of adoption service providers will be provided to those attending the Adoption Fair. Adoptive families will be on hand to answer questions, and light refreshments will be provided.
