The TRANSFORM Research Center invites you to join us for a virtual interactive forum to create a community of practice across sectors including human services, healthcare, education, government, court systems, research and others. Please join us and learn about the Monroe County Systems Integration project and the youth Behavioral Healthcare pilot project. After introductions, we will break out into multi-sector rooms to discuss how we can work together to improve the mental, emotional, and behavior health of kids involved in the child welfare systems.
