ABOUT THE FILM: “Foster Parents Speak: Real Talk About Partnership and Building Community” is a thirty-minute video that explores today’s reality of foster parenting and the importance of working in partnership with parents in the best interest of children.

The thirty-minute film is a “re-boot” of the original, award-winning Foster Parents Speak video produced in 2004 that has been used around the world recruit and train foster parents and to enlighten others about the realities of foster parenting. As with the original, this new video is the result of a partnership between the Coalition and PhotoSynthesis Productions of Ithaca. The video was produced in part with support from the Ira W. DeCamp Foundation.
