Attendees od live webinar will learn about NYS private adoption home study regulations (private agency and private placement adoption) and best practices for working with prospective adoptive parents. Presentation will include information on the scope of home studies, home study topics, and educating prospective adoptive parents on adoption issues. Training will include discussion on what to do when applicants present concerns as well as business practices for being an independent home study preparer. Please Note: To be a home study provider in NYS an individual must be a LMSW, LCSW, Probation Officer, or an authorized agency employee.  2.5 CEUs are available
