Your Journey Together: Building the Resilience of Children and Families is a parenting curriculum created to promote resilience in children (ages birth to eight) as well as to support the resilience of the adults caring for them. This program supports all children and families and is also trauma-sensitive. The curriculum can be delivered in many different ways by a coach, including (but not limited to) as part of a home visitation or training program.
