Services Provided: Multi-Service private non profit agency serving 14 counties in Albany Roman Catholic Diocese. Three adoption programs: Healthy Infant, International, and Special Needs/Waiting Kids. Northeast Parent & Child Society

Services Provided: Northeast Parent & Child Society’s Therapeutic Foster Family Program provides foster and pre-adoptive homes for children in care. One on one orientations held at eight program sites immediately following phone or email inquiries. 10 week MAPP training class offered two times a year at each program site to service children and families throughout the Capital Region, North Country, Central and Southern Tier Regions. Each child and family is assigned a skilled Clinical Case Manager who provides weekly in-home therapeutic counseling and support services. Otsego County Department of Social Services

Services Provided: 30 hour MAPP course 2x yearly. 30 hrs, flexible schedule. Orientations held in March & August prior to class beginning following month. Require code inspection w/ $20 fee, additional reference and signed “safety contract.” Requires 12 hour inservice training for FP’s. Monthly newsletter, no agency support group. Need families for teens and special needs kids. Homestudy process begins after training completed.
