Advisory Council
Parent of seven, four of whom are adopted; Karen is a case manager for Hillside Children’s Center, responsible for providing support, advocacy, education and parenting advice to pre and post adoptive families. She facilitates the Erie County Adoption Resource Center (ECARC) foster and adoptive parent support group and assists with the Coalition’s Facebook page.
