EPIC Long Island 

Services Provided: The EPIC Clinical Care Outpatient Mental Health Services provides high quality mental health services to all adults and their families treating: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma or exposure to violence, physical, emotional or sexual abuse, the emotional and social impact of chronic medical conditions including seizure disorders and other neurological conditions. Sagamore Children’s Center

Practice Setting: out patient and inpatient care, respite care, individual, group and family therapy, medication management, recreation therapy and crisis intervention

Services Provided: Intensive Day Treatment Program – Children and adolescents that are dual diagnosed with high functioning autism or Asperger’s Syndrome and mental illness. The program’s classroom is specifically geared for youngsters 4th through 8th grade with a maximum of 45 calendar day length of stay.
