Sharon joined the Coalition team in July 2019.
She is a seasoned non-profit professional with over 25 years of expertise in family engagement, youth development, adolescent advocacy, Diversity/Equity/Inclusion, and community development. Joining the Coalition was a conscious decision by Sharon to help support and empower parents of adopted children to strengthen their family structure through access to resources, connections to others and shared experiences.
Sharon and her husband Keith are the adoptive parents of two biological siblings through an open adoption process. The Williams family currently resides in Chester, New York.
