Ms. Bramwell-Stewart serves as the Deputy Director of Toll Operations, Customer Experience and Strategic Planning for the Tunnels, Bridges & Terminals Department within the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. In this role, she is responsible for day-to-day management and oversight of all aspects of toll revenue collection, long-range planning and customer service including revenue collection, revenue recovery, and toll equipment operations and maintenance. Ms. Bramwell-Stewart oversees one of the nation’s busiest transportation networks, which includes the George Washington Bridge, Goethals Bridge, Outerbridge Crossing, Bayonne Bridge, and Lincoln and Holland tunnels which together generate more than $1.8 billion in annual revenue. In addition, she also oversees all customer service efforts for the department including efforts at the Port Authority Bus Terminal and the George Washington Bridge Bus Station.

A graduate of Howard University and Brooklyn Law School, Ms. Bramwell-Stewart was an Associate and Vice President at JP Morgan Securities where she worked as a Municipal Finance banker before joining the Port Authority. During her down time, she enjoys reading, working out and exploring trails in New York and Massachusetts.
