The Coalition is a membership organization. Membership is open to foster/kinship care/adoptive parents, affiliated parent groups, related organizations and those who care about issues that impact foster/kinship care/adoptive families.

As required by law, the Coalition reports annually to the Internal Revenue Service and to the New York State Attorney General’s Charities Bureau.

In 2015, the Coalition shifted its fiscal year from 7/1 – 6/30 to 1/1 -12/31. As a result, two 990s and CHAR500 forms were filed in 2015.
