Take one of these classes to learn how to make a full Korean meal in this in-depth, hands-on cooking class

As part of AKA’s Cultural Events Series, we will be partnering with Banchan Story by Chef Shin Kim to provide culinary experiences and cultural stories.  In this class, participants will learn the techniques of Korean cuisine.  Chef Shin Kim will provide a brief lecture on the culture and history behind these culinary favorites before diving deep into this hands-on class.
A wide array of some of Korea’s favorite and iconic dishes are on the menu, including kimbap, gyeran mari, jumeokbap, yububap, dalk gangjeong and danmuji.
