The Adoptive and Guardianship Assistance Program for Everyone (AGAPE) will provide everything you need to start a meaningful Lifebook for your children. Our staff will be ready with supplies, guidance and support to help you tell your child’s story.  Together we will create your Lifebook that you and your child can read over and over again.

FREE to all adoptive, kinship and guardianship families in the Hudson Valley (Ulster, Dutchess, Orange, Sullivan, Columbia, Greene, Delaware and Putnam counties).
