Adoption Network Cleveland (ANC) & Adoption Knowledge Affiliates (AKA) have joined forces, transforming their postponed individual spring conferences to a joint virtual fall conference, “Journeys of Discovery: Navigating the Intersections of Adoption,” happening October 23 & 24, 2020 and hosted in the Adoptive and Foster Family Coalition of New York’s, AFFCNY.Network!
