If you are an family who has adopted a child or are caring for a child through a G-Docket, Article 17, informal, fictive, or KinGap Guardianship or custody, AND live in one of New York city’s five boroughs (Brooklyn, Staten Island, Manhattan, Bronx, Queens) or Broome, Cayuga, Chemung, Cortland, Dutchess, Nassau, Madison, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Suffolk, Tompkins, Ulster or Westchester Counties, then please fill out the AGAPE enrollment form below.

The Adoptive and Guardianship Assistance Program for Everyone (AGAPE) is the Coalition’s support, information and educational program open to all adoptive families and relative caregivers who have custody or guardianship of children and who are living in:

Broome, Cayuga, Chemung, Cortland, Dutchess, Nassau, Madison, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Suffolk, Tompkins, Ulster or Westchester Counties
