Angela Paganelli has been a Family Support Specialist with the Hudson Valley AGAPE team since March of 2022. She is the founder of Foster Blessings, and the author of the book, “Foster Blessings.” She is a former foster mother to over 20 children and has adopted 4, adding to her own 3 biological children. Angela also spent her entire teen years in care.
