Practice Setting: Private Practice

Services Provided: As a former middle school teacher, I include in my practice the issues faced by all children in the preteen and adolescent years. My therapy for foster and adopted children is based on attachment issues. For individuals who struggle with abandonment issues, I provide cognitive behavior therapy, brain-based strategies, and mindfulness training as well as supportive therapy through social groups for pre-teens and adolescents
