AGAPE is the Coalition’s free support, information and educational program open to all adoptive families and relative caregivers who have custody or guardianship of children.
We know that everything just got a heck of a lot more stressful for everyone and we need each other now more than ever. The Adoptive and Foster Family Coalition of New York’s “Collation Connection: LIVE!” uses Facebook as another method of connection, community and support between our families and the Coalition team.
