We will be offering Certificates of Training Hours upon request for select* trainings and virtual events.  You must attend the entire live as scheduled. We cannot offer training certificates for video playbacks. 

If you are an AGAPE family and have attended either our Reframing Parenting Series or Extreme Parenting Series, please contact your Family Support Specialists  for completed Attendance Certification.

LOOKING FOR CONFERENCE CERTIFICATES?

 A Coalition certificate of attendance documenting the hours of training attended is available for those who request them after the LIVE conference is concluded. Please be familiar with the requirements ahead of time.

Please note the following:

  • The Coalition uses Zoom reporting tools to confirm attendance. If seeking Training Certificates,  you must use the same email that you registered with to access the Zoom event in order for verification purposes. For example, if you register with a work email and then join the meeting with your personal email, we cannot easily tie the two accounts together. 
  • Please ensure DURING THE EVENT that your visible Zoom Name also matches the name of the requested certificate holder as that name is recorded in the report. For example, if you registered as Anne Smith and are requesting hours for Anne Smith, but the Zoom name on the report  is Grandma Annie and no visible email, we cannot issue Anne Smith Trainings Hour Certificates.   SEE: Changing Your Name in a Zoom Meeting
  • We can only issue ONE training Certificate per individual emails/ zoom accounts. This is very important for parents who join together. IF BOTH parents in the household require training hours then BOTH MUST log into the Zoom event separately with matching emails and names (see above).  Feel free to watch together on on one device, but have Parent #2 also logged on separately under their own account.
  • One request form per each person, each event. Each person requesting hours needs their own form filled out. For example, Anne and Joe Smith will each have their OWN emails and Zoom accounts,  so they each need a sperate request. 
  • We can only provide certification based on the amount actual time reported. IE: a training might have been 2 hours long, but if you left/ logged off/ etc at 1 hour and 10 minutes in, you will only be provided a training certificate for that one hour.

Certificates will be emailed back in a printable PDF form.  Please note that we try to have certificates out within 72 hours, but if an event/training was particularly large or there was missing information on your registration, it may take longer. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

*Not all of the Coalition’s events are included as only scheduled events on the Zoom platform can be verified.
