Ask the HelpLine

Introducing the Coalition’s Brand New HelpLine Question Form!

We understand that, sometimes, you really do need an answer from a reliable source but you really don’t want to actually talk to another human being. We understand. We really do. We can assure you that our Helpline team is super nice and it’s super easy to give them a call but, again, sometimes it’s more that that. We get it.

So we are happy to introduce this exciting new HelpLine feature: ASK the Helpline!

Just use the form below to literally ask us anything regarding adoption, foster or kinship care in New York State! You can wake up at 2 AM with a burning question and send it right off! Maybe you get to wondering about state laws when you are in line at the grocery store?  Or maybe you really can’t find the time to even have those five minutes to yourself to have a full thought; the HelpLine ASK form is there for you!

Whatever you need to ask, whenever you are wondering, feel free to simply ASK THE HELPLINE!

The Helpline Team will get back to you with an answer or, if necessary, any needed clarification within the next 36 +/- office hours. Please allow for any holidays or weekends.  Please check your email (including your spam catchers) for a response coming from the Coalition’s HelpLine team. Please search for AFFCNY in your email if you do not see a timely response.

If you need immediate assistance please do call the HelpLine.

The HelpLine Team is available for calls 24/7 including nights, holidays and weekends.
